SMOOTHIE TO ENJOY IN YOUR COCONUT BOWL
The Aussie summer sun is heating up, and there’s nothing better than a refreshing smoothie bowl on a summery morning or even as a midday snack. We love smoothie bowls, firstly because they go great in a coconut bowl, and secondly because they’re so delicious but require so little cleaning up! You can really have fun experimenting with healthy, fruity ingredients and add any seasonal fruit you prefer.
If you're keen on going green this season, eating your smoothie bowl in a coconut bowl and with a wooden spoon is the ultimate way to indulge in a planet-friendly meal! Let’s get straight into our smoothie bowl recipe for the summer.
HOW TO MAKE A SMOOTHIE BOWL
The fantastic thing about smoothie bowls is, no matter what combinations of fruit your recipe calls for, you can toss all your ingredients except the milk into the blender and mix them until it has a smooth, thick texture. The key to the right consistency is to eliminate ice and only add small amounts of milk at the end to avoid your smoothie from becoming too runny.
