Returns & Refunds Policy
Cocoboo Life products are 100% loveable. However, if for any reason you don’t feel love at first sight, you are most welcome to return your order within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we will do our best to help make this process as smooth as possible. Our returns and refunds policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PRODUCT IS DAMAGED
If the product you purchased is damaged on arrival, you can return your order within 30 days. Please report the damage to us within 30 days of delivery and attach photo evidence.
RETURNS FOR ANY OTHER REASON
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than damage, please let us know within 14 days of purchase and provide a valid reason. Our friendly Cocoboo team will try their best to assist you, and if we are unable to resolve your complaint, we will process a refund once the goods have been returned to us. Please wait for our approval before you return the product. If the goods are unopened, you will be refunded in full with no shipping costs.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING ITEMS:
- Send an email to [email address] with a photo of the product you want to return and your order number.
- Wait for return instructions and delivery address to be sent to you.
- Please place the product in its original packaging and return it to the address provided.
- As soon as we’ve received the parcel, your refund will be processed.
- Please note that shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
- In the case of a returned item, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges except in the case of products damaged in transit.
Once your return has been approved, and the item has reached us safely, Cocoboo Life will refund your order through the same channel that you made your purchase. Please note that refund payments can take up to 7 working days.
