Shipping & Delivery Information

When you place an order with Cocoboo LIfe, you can expect your purchase to be dispatched within 24 hours or the next business day. We don’t want you to wait too long to receive our amazing products! We do our shipping through Australian Post, so standard rates will apply. Being the eco-warriors that we are, Cocoboo Life takes pride in using eco-friendly packaging for all our orders, and we ask that you please recycle or reuse all packaging materials.

A LITTLE NOTE ON DELIVERY

We always aim to deliver our products to you within a set period of time, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the date of delivery. Our team will let you know if there are any foreseeable delays.

Cocoboo Life will not (to the extent permitted by law) be liable for any expenses, charges, damages, costs, liabilities or losses that may incur as a result of late delivery.

In the case that we cannot deliver to a specific location, we will contact you to arrange delivery to an alternative address, or you may cancel the order.

Once your product has been delivered, please open it with care so as not to cause any damage.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

-Please provide the correct address and contact details, including a valid email address.

-Cocoboo LIfe will not be responsible for unsuccessful delivery where the customer has supplied incorrect or invalid contact details.

HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER YET? DON’T PANIC

You can track your order with the tracking link sent to you via email. If you notice any delay, we kindly ask that you remain patient and report your concern to us if it has been more than 10 business days since you placed your order.

PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT

Cocoboo Life will not be held responsible for any lost parcels, but we want to ensure to the best of our ability that you receive your order. If you believe your package has been lost, please review your tracking information and contact the postal carrier to request an investigation.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

If your package is returned to us due to being "uncollected", we will contact you, and you may request a refund for the product(s) only, but not for the shipping. If you wish, your order can be shipped again, and you will receive an invoice for the shipping fees.
